Project Manager/Sr Architect - Albany Office/Corning Tower (223C)
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Project Management or similar discipline.
- Coordinate and supervise complex architectural projects for new and rehabilitation of building plans and designs.
- Supervise and review specifications and drawings as submitted by Assistant Architects and design personnel.
- Review technical work of consultants.
- Coordinate work with other disciplines.
- Confer with client agencies and contractors.
- Supervise consultant work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficient computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications.
- Assist Regional Assistant Director with duties related to overseeing multiple regions.
- Must have a strong computer background.
- Must be available for NYS travel.
- OSHA 30.
Hourly Salary: $50.00-$60.00
